Your satisfaction with your Program, Product or Service is very important to us. Yet, because of the extensive time, effort, preparation and care that goes into creating and/or providing our Programs, Products, Services and Program Materials, we have a very strict refund policy.
Most of our content is digital and therefore, a lengthy refund policy could result in the theft of our materials.
Unless otherwise provided by law, you acknowledge that we do not offer refunds for any portion of your payment for any of our Services, Masterminds, and Courses. If you register for 1:1 coaching, have paid for the coaching but have not yet started the coaching, a full refund will be provided if you contact us within 7 calendar days of your order date. We welcome your feedback and you are welcome to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to provide feedback.
Our guarantee/refund policy is good for 7 calendar days (includes Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday) starting the day/time of your purchase. If you request a refund within 7 calendar days of your purchase (proof of purchase required) we will be able to issue a full refund. On the 8th calendar day after your purchase, the refund policy is closed and no refunds will be issued.
COMPLETING YOUR RETURN
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
While we encourage everyone to try our program, downloading the materials and subsequently requesting a refund constitutes a theft of copyrighted materials.
There are certain situations where refunds will be denied:
* The digital content purchased has been downloaded to a computer hard drive, portable storage device or cloud storage unit.
* The digital content has been printed and reproduced with the intention of duplication and resale.
If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 calendar days of your verified purchase.
MISSING REFUND PAYMENTS
If you have been granted a full or partial refund but haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
